| Cultivar epithet: 'Tim Plowman' Species/hybrid: Heliconia zebrina
Description: Erect inflorescence; 5 to 7
distichous bracts, red, upper bracts with small white patch at base;
rachis red; sepals light green on distal third to white proximally;
ovary light green on distal half to white proximally; pedicel white.
Vegetation musoid; upper surface dark green with contrasting
greenish-white midrib, lower surface maroon with darker maroon midrib.
