Cultivar epithet:  'Fire and Ice'

Species/hybrid:  Heliconia scheideana

Description:  Erect inflorescence; 7 to 10 spiral bracts, red with red rachis; sepals yellow; ovary and pedicel yellow. Vegetation musoid. Height 1.2 to 1.5 m (4 to 5 feet).
