Cultivar epithet:  'Imperial'

Species/hybrid:  Heliconia orthotricha

Description:  Erect inflorescence; 8 to 9 distichous bracts, bright pink with white base, lip white proximally, green distally, with green tip; rachis white. Vegetation musoid. Height 1.5 to 2.1 m (5 to 7 feet).
