Species/hybrid: �Heliconia bihai x caribaea

Description: �Erect inflorescence, 4 to 10 distichous bracts, red on lower cheek and keel, yellow or gold at base and broadly along lip, tip green, basal bract with green keel� Rachis yellow or golden, sepals green distally and white below, ovary and pedicel white.� Vegetation musoid.� Height 6 to 14 feet.
