Cultivar epithet: �'Nickeriensis'

Species/hybrid: �Heliconia marginata x psittacorum

Description: �Erect inflorescence, 5 to 9 distichous bracts, pink-red over most of keel and cheek, with golden yellow on lip, tip and bract base.� Rachis gold to yellow, sepals golden orange, ovary yellow and pedicel light yellow or cream.� Vegetation musoid.� Height 4 to 8 feet.
