| Cultivar epithet: 'Tay' Species/hybrid: Heliconia psittacorum Description: Erect inflorescence; 5 to 6 distichous bracts, red shading to orange proximally; rachis orange, sepals orange with distal metallic black or green band and orange tip; ovary and pedicel orange.
