Cultivar epithet: 'Toucan' Species/hybrid: Heliconia clinophila x secunda Description: Pendent inflorescence; 3 to 7 spiral bracts, red, revoluted lips expose inner bract surface of red and light green-yellow, basal bract with green cheek and keel and dark red lip. Rachis light yellow or red, sometimes contorted; sepals light yellow with green tint distally; ovary pale green; pedicel light yellow. Vegetation musoid; upper surface with raised veins.
